On Saturday, October 19th, the Jefferson County museums are honoring the 80th anniversary of WWII at the Jefferson Museum (behind City Hall). Other area museums will bring WWII items from their collections. The museum will open in the later morning.
At 1:00, the Kettle Moraine Blues Band will begin their program. The music will all be related to songs important to the time period. Song sheets will be handed out so the audience can sing along to the popular tunes of the era.
Admission is free and light refreshments will be served. Large baskets filled with wonderful items will also be auctioned off during the course of the day.
The historical exhibits will remain up through Wednesday, the 23rd.
