Customer Account Clerk

Under the direction of the Electric Utility Business Manager, is responsible for performing skilled work involving the collection and disposition of customer utility accounts and for providing general customer service to Jefferson Utilities’ account holders. High School diploma or equivalent. At least one (1) year of customer service, cashiering, and telephone experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience which provides necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.
